Civenza takes its name from the Italian venza, meaning force.

Civenza is the centripetal force that pulls an organization's strategy and operations into a single center of gravity. It is not another tool bolted onto the side of the work. It is the place the work is done, aligned to the plan that authorized it.

Civenza is founder-led and built for mission-driven organizations. That means municipalities, associations, and public-sector agencies whose work is judged by outcomes for the public, not quarterly velocity.

We believe the strategic plan should be a live artifact, not a binder. The people doing the work should see the plan they're serving. Leadership should see progress without asking anyone to rebuild it.
